Raising a Grievance

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, you have the right to raise grievances about how your personal data is handled by Fusionpact Technologies Private Limited.

Response time: We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 30 days.

What to Include

  • Your full name and registered email/mobile
  • Nature of the grievance (data access, correction, erasure, breach, other)
  • Date of the incident or data collection event
  • Any supporting documentation

Escalation

If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, you may escalate to:

  • The Data Protection Board of India (when operational under DPDP Act 2023)
  • The Reserve Bank of India Ombudsman (for grievances related to loan processing)

Response Process

All grievances are logged in our internal tracking system, investigated by our Data Protection team, and resolved with a written response. We maintain records of all grievances and resolutions for a minimum of 3 years.
